Ethernet Direct warrants that Products are free from defects in material and workmanship for five (5) years after shipment for Industrial products and two (2) years after shipment for commercial products. This warranty is conditioned upon proper storage, installation, connection, operation and maintenance of Products.

This warranty shall be void if defects, malfunctions or failures of the Product in warranty are caused by damage resulting from force majeure (such as floods, earthquake, fire, and other natural disasters), environmental and atmospheric disturbances, other external forces such as power line disturbances, host computer malfunction, plugging the board in under power, or incorrect cabling or the Product is misused, abused, or operated, altered and repaired in an unauthorized or improper way.
