Ethernet Direct warrants that the Product(s) shall be free from defects in materials and Workmanship as stated in our Warranty Policy. |

DOA (Dead On Arrival) |
| Any product found to be defective within the three months of shipment shall be deemed Dead on Arrival. DOA products will be advance replaced at no cost to the customer. |

Repairs under warranty |
| During the warranty period, Ethernet Direct will repair or replace all defective products, provided that they are returned at the customer's expense to an authorized Ethernet Direct repair facility. Ethernet Direct has sole unfettered discretion to determine whether a particular product will be either repaired or replaced |
