Ethernet Direct warrants that the Product(s) shall be free from defects in materials and Workmanship as stated in our Warranty Policy.
DOA (Dead On Arrival)
Any product found to be defective within the three months of shipment shall be deemed Dead on Arrival. DOA products will be advance replaced at no cost to the customer.
Repairs under warranty
During the warranty period, Ethernet Direct will repair or replace all defective products, provided that they are returned at the customer's expense to an authorized Ethernet Direct repair facility. Ethernet Direct has sole unfettered discretion to determine whether a particular product will be either repaired or replaced

Necessity:
If you are uncertain about product failure or the cause of the problem, please contact the Ethernet Direct Technical Support team. They may be able to find a solution that does not require sending the product for repair.

Return goods procedure:
Please fill in the RMA form or contact the Ethernet Direct team for a complete copy of RMA process.
After we received the filled RMA form, Ethernet Direct will verify whether the item is "Within" or "Out " of warranty. For within warranty period items, repair charges will be "FREE." For out of warranty period items, Ethernet Direct will quote an "Estimated charge" list for your approval prior the repair procedure.

Packing Instructions:
Clearly marked the RMA number provided by Ethernet Direct on the shipping box
Each returned item must be fully packed in good order to protect the products.
