FWI and FWO series provide high performance

Falcon Industrial wireless LAN products ensure

wireless outdoor network applications. Falcon
industrial wireless products are true robust
housing with IP68 protection on the FWO-710,
FWO-711, FWO-712, FWO-713, FWO-5805-VS, FWO-8110H,
FWO-8110R and IP66 protection on the FWI-701
and FWI-702. To digitize and encode video
from analog video cameras and transmit it
over 5 GHz wireless bands, FWO-5805-VS Wireless
with video server is available for Industrial
Ethernet applications. While the FWO-8110H
& FWO-8110R Wi-Fi Mesh Metropolitan Area
Network solution extends the capability of
Wi-Fi Local Area Network technologies (IEEE802.11)
from providing just local area network connectivity
to a wider reach and wide-area coverage without
complicated wiring and wired backbone connection.
These devices support SNMP V1, V2 and V3 for
high reliability.
Falcon wireless products comply with IEEE802.11a/b/g
standards and come with a choice of 2.3,
2.4 and 5.0GHz operation. Data security
and reliability is critical. They can link
two or more separate networks to create
a single expanded LAN cost effectively and
efficiently. To secure information, Falcon
wireless products come with WEP encryption
and WAP feature. All products are Wi-Fi
compliant and pass regulatory approvals
to offer a safe and secure usage and installation.
Extreme form factor protection makes Falcon
wireless products weatherproof, waterproof,
dust proof and highly resistant to shock
and vibration, and provides wide operating
temperature of -30 to +70C, suitable for
harsh outdoor installations. With innovative
design, the FWO and FWI series provide high-data
rate transmission for outdoor environments
- faster than xDSL.
FWO & FWI Products support five operating
modes: access point (AP), point-to-point bridge,
point-to-multipoint bridge, wireless client,
or repeater. In order to achieve a stable
wireless connection by reducing roaming between
access points, Falcon wireless products not
only deliver high radio output power but also
maintain high signal sensitivity for quality
data transmission. To reduce the cost of power
cables installation and provide future proof
in investment, Ethernet Direct has integrated
802.3af Power over Ethernet technology in
its Falcon wireless products.
