Ethernet Direct Announces Industrial Mobile Recorder with Built-in GPS functions

Taipei, Taiwan, 16 May, 2011 – Ethernet Direct Corporation, a professional and primary provider of industrial networking and communication solutions, announces Mobile Recorder for all moving vehicles to record live image and GPS information.
The OMR-100G is one channel video recorder, it is small and easy to install for all kinds of vehicle, it uses JPEG compression and VGA resolution for auto recording whenever the car battery is on. The GPS function includes co-ordinate information, current speed and real-time moving map, those information will be save in the micro SD/SDHC card so then you may playback at your computer if necessary. Furthermore, the OMR-100G features advance positioning accuracy systems such as SBAS, WAAS, EGNOS , those are able to correct GPS signal with ground stations therefore to provide more accurate positioning information.
The another module OMR-100 is also available, the difference between these two module is the OMR-100 doesn’t have GPS functions but it has a live view window in the back so you may see the live image while recording and adjust the viewing angle. Both OMR-100 and OMR-100G supports up to 32GB micro SD/SDHC card for storage and using the same software for playback.
